Solution 
• The computer might be in standby 
or hibernate mode. Press the power 
button to wake the system up. 
• The power cord may be loosely 
connected. Plug the power cord to 
an electrical outlet. 
• Yes. Connect a keyboard or a mouse 
into the PS/2 or USB ports. 
• The screen needs to be re‐calibrated 
to ensure accurate results.  
• Check to make sure wireless 
connection is enabled.  
• Your location is out of range of the 
network. Move the computer closer 
to the access point. 
• If the network you are connecting to 
requires a security password, make 
sure you enter the correct password.
• Check to make sure the power 
adapter is connected to a wall outlet.
