Unpacking and inspection

 After unpacking, please check whether the actual parts are consistent according to the parts
list.
 Check whether the product model marked on the warranty card is consistent with that of the
hearing aid.
 Check whether the body number marked on the warranty card is consistent with the body
number of the hearing aid.
Warranty
13.1 Free warranty coverage
All hearing aids produced by our company enjoy free warranty for faults caused by
non-human factors from the date of purchase.
13.2 Warranty period.
2 years
13.3 Any of the following situations is not covered by the free warranty.
 Damage caused by incorrect use or improper operation according to the instructions.
 Damage caused by self disassembly and assembly of hearing aids.
 Damage caused by force majeure (flood, fire, earthquake, etc.).

Production date and service life

That is, the normal working time of the product. The product needs to be stored and used as
required. After exceeding the specified service time, its expected function will be affected. (e.g.
unable to meet the requirements of product performance indicators, etc.). The service life of
hearing aid products is 5 years. See the label for the production date.

Transportation and storage restrictions

Temperature: - 20 ℃ ~ + 50 ℃
Relative humidity: ≤ 93%
Atmospheric pressure: 86kpa ~ 106 kPa
Storage conditions: room temperature, clean, dark, no corrosive gas and well ventilated
room.
Transportation conditions: the packaged hearing aids can be transported by general cargo
transportation method, and shall be protected from rain, exposure and collision during
