3. Place the hard drive inside the enclosure at the place to make screws on from

both sides to fix the hard drive stably.

4. Close the enclosure cover.

5. Connect the USB cable to the USB port on both XPacket Storage Device and the

computer. To install the Firewire IEEE 1394 cable connection please see step 9. It

is recommended to install the USB or Firewire IEEE 1394 separately.
