STEP 5:
Take the 2x front guard rails (J), 1x rear guard rail (I) and 4x side rails (H) and insert
28x LONGER 40mm wooden dowels (#2) as shown.
Lightly tap the dowels with a hammer for this step.

IMPORTANT:
Two people are required from this point forward.

STEP 6:
Attach back side rails & guard rail.
Decide which side is to be the back of the bed and work
here.
Take 1x side rail (H) and orientate with the wooden slat
support rail closest to the lower edge. With one person
supporting the side rail, connect with the bed end at the
upper position as shown using the dowels. Insert 1x barrel
nut (#6) into the large hole on the side rail, then insert 1x
LONGER 80mm connecting bolt (#5) from the outside leg
and tighten with your fingers.
Repeat with the other end of the side rail attaching it to the
2nd bed end.
Then repeat these steps with back guard rail I.
Now repeat with 2nd side rail (H) in the lower position as
shown.
Leave all bolts finger tight at this stage to allow the

next step to be completed.
