'All LEDs On' – This indicates a Panic Alarm
from the √ + # keys.

zones which are active in each set mode.
If two zone LEDs are scrolling up and down,
then the keypad lockout is in effect. This will
last for 10 minutes and is caused by 20 key
presses without a valid code sequence.
The keypad will not respond to a user code
during this period.
