Possible Solution:

Check VOLUME control setting on front panel.

Check 600 ohm/Tel-Page gain level setting (rear), if
applicable.
Check that adequate input signal level is strong enough.
Check that the proper input/output line impedance
matches the selected input/output connections used.
Check/correct system wiring.
Reduce input drive signal accordingly.
•
Reroute cables away from high voltage/high
electromagnetic sources.
•
Use shielded cables
