OPERATING PROCEDURES & MAINTENANCE
Touch Control Panel:
A. Button to start/pause the stir motor
B. Button to select soft ice-cream setting or hard ice-cream setting or stir function
C. Button to turn on/off the unit.
D. Button to increase the ice cream making time
E. Button to increase the ice cream making time
F. LCD display window
1: ON/OFF symbol : if the unit is off, this symbol will flash; if the unit is on, this symbol
will always display.
2: Stir function setting symbol: With this symbol, means that it has been set with paddle
working only to blend the ice-cream material completely. And when the paddle works only,
this symbol will flash slowly.
3. Soft/Hard ice cream symbol:
4. Cooling operation symbol: the compressor is running.
5. Keep cool symbol: When the symbol will flash, the unit keep cooling to frozen the ice
cream
6. Stir motor running symbol: take out the paddle when the stir function stop.
7. Time display: Showing time countdown when making ice cream, and showing keep
cooling time when ice cream making stop.
UNPACKING YOUR ICE-CREAM MAKER
1. Remove the exterior and interior packaging. Check if all the parts, such as the paddle,
ice-cream mixing bowl, and ice-cream scoop etc., are inside. If any parts are missing,
please contact our customer service.
2. Clean the ice-cream mixing bowl, paddle, and ice-cream scoop first.
3. Put the unit on a level & flat counter top, and without direct sunlight and other sources of
heat (i.e.: stove, furnace, radiator).
4. Maker sure that there is at least 10mm gap between the back & LH/RH sides with the wall.
5. Allow one hour for the refrigerant fluid to settle before plugging in the unit.
6. The appliance must be positioned so that the plug is accessible.
