1. Raise Gripper Foot 38 by pressing down on Tension Handle 04. Load bottom strap 101 under Cutter

Housing 23, under Gripper Foot 38 and leave at least 2" of the strap extended out from the front of the

tool for seal placement as shown on Fig. 2.

2. Load upper strap 102 through Cutter Housing 23, through Windless 60 as shown on Fig. 3.
