Please do not place the webcam in extremely damp or dusty locations

Please do not place the webcam in places subject to high temperatures, such as a closed

vehicle or direct sunlight. Exposure to high temperatures may adversely affect the webcam

and its internal components

Please do not remove the webcam from its casing. Internal inspection, maintenance and

repairs should be carried out by an authorized service facility.

•

If a fault does occur please disconnect the webcam from your computer and contact your

local dealer or an authorised service facility. Do not continue to use the webcam.

Please do not expose the webcam to fire, water and any time of physical shock.

•

Please do not bump or drop webcam as this may cause the webcam to malfunction. If the

webcam has been dropped or the casing has been damaged, disconnect it from the device

you are using and contact your dealer or service facility. Do not continue to use the camera.

All video calling requires a microphone, sound card and internet connection.

Warranty – This product has a one year warranty that covers malfunction in normal use.

We cannot cover the device under the warranty in the following circumstances:

(A) Faults caused by the operating environment that doesn't meet the product requirement or

human factors such as disassembly or refitting without authorisation.

(B) Damage caused by the devices casing or power supply during use.

Guide using AMCAP software steps

Please only download the AMCAP.exe from website to your computer desk, no need to install. You

can use it to make a video recording.

Please connect the webcam to your computer before opening the software.

1. The window is blank. Please click the "options" to select "preview"

2. You can set attribute like video/phone format, window size, click "options" to choose "video

capture pin"

3. If you don't want to use the microphone, the setting steps are as follows. My computer –

( click the right mouse button) manage – device manage – sound, game video controller –

USB Audio device – click right hand button and stop.

How to adjust the microphone volume

1. XP system: right click the voice icon in the lower right corner, open the controller – option –

attribute - audio mixer – Choose USB Audio Device or USB Microphone – sure – adjust the

volume to your need.

2. Windows 7/8/10/ vista system: control panel – sound – record – double click the USB Audio

device or USB Microphone – Microphone attribute level – adjust the volume to your need.
