Remedy

Replace Sensor Unit

Adjust beam to recommended setting

Replace sensor lead

Check power is reaching transformer

Slow down the action in front of the sensor

Replace transformer

Adjust beam length to recommended setting

Ensure electrical suppressors are installed correctly

Re-align sensor or shield light source

Check fault relating to sensor

Replace electronic components

Check electrical connections. Replace solenoid valve

Replace damaged electrical components

Check all connections

Check and replace lead & controllers
