4.3 Function
The product detects:
• Rapidly increasing temperatures.
• An absolute temperature in excess of 58 °C.
A solar cell generates the required energy. A lithium battery (optional) must
be inserted into the wireless mounting base ASD 10 for use in darker environ-
ments.
The product transmits the following information via EnOcean
• State alarm/no alarm (cyclically)
• State transition (immediately)
• Ambient temperature (cyclically).
Each product has a unique ID. If multiple products are used, the recipient can
distinguish them based on this ID.
