Step 1 - Separate ends from the Carrier

Loosen the four hand wheels (5) that hold the mounting

brackets (6) and ends together.

Separate the Ends (1) and (2).

Step 2 - Attach ends to the main frame

1. Slide the Head/Foot Ends into the main frame (3),

sliding the smaller sections (6) inside the larger sections

(7) (On main frame 3).

Note: The ends are identical apart from the pictures.

2. A gap of 25mm (1") should be left between the main

frame and head/foot board.

Once in place tighten the black hand wheels (5) .

Step 3 - Attach/assemble the electrics

Plug the leads into the control box (8) Fig.2 underneath

the backrest section. The sockets are coded with

numbers Fig.1

1 - Backrest motor

2 - Kneebreak motor

3 - Head End motor

4 - Foot End Motor

HB - Handset

Step 4 - Prepare to use

Plug in to 13 amp socket and turn on.

Apply brakes before moving the client in or out of the

bed.
