Connecting to power

Begin the installation by connecting the Phone adapter

to a power outlet. Use the Power adapter from box no. 1.

• Ensure that the wall socket is an appropriate voltage for

the power adapter

• Plug the power adapter into the wall socket

• Plug the power cord into the power connection on the

back of the Phone adapter

• The status indicator will flash rapidilly for a few seconds

to confirm that the power is on

After a few seconds the status indicator will then slowly

flash and fade while it is searching for a SoundGate. When

a SoundGate is found the status light will be steadily illumi-

ated. Note: See page 9 for pairing instructions.
