1. Introduction
Corning® MicroDEN® unit is designed to differentiate monocytes into dendritic
cells. Its innovative design allows for easy cell differentiation without the use of
traditional well plates, T-flasks, and bags.
Designed for Efficient Cell Culture
The Corning MicroDEN unit can be installed within several minutes, with minimal
training, and requires minimal user interaction once the process is set up.
Operating Range
Corning MicroDEN can be used to differentiate mammalian monocytes into
dendritic cells with a seeding density range of 200,000 to 800,000 monocytes
per cm
2
per Corning TC-treated perfusion cell culture flask, with an approximate
dendritic cell yield of 15% to 30% of input monocytes from a healthy human donor.
