6. TROUBLESHOOTING

DANGER! Electric shock!
Risk of injury due to electric shock.
v Disconnect the product from the mains before
you do troubleshooting.
Problem
Pump is running, but does
not deliver
Pump doesn't start or suddenly
stops during operation
Pump runs, but output suddenly
decreases
NOTE: For any other malfunctions please contact the GARDENA service department.
Repairs must only be done by GARDENA service departments or specialist dealers approved
by GARDENA.

Air cannot escape as pressure

Remedy
v Open the pressure line.
v Wait for max. 60 sec. until the pump
deaerates automatically over the
vent valve. If necessary, switch off
and start it again.
v Clean the feed impeller
(see 4. MAINTENANCE).
v Submerge the pump deeper into the
water.
v Clean the feed impeller
(see 4. MAINTENANCE).
v Observe the maximum water
temperature of 35 °C.
v Check fuse and electrical plug and
socket connections.
v Clean the suction base
(see 4. MAINTENANCE).
v Clean the suction base
(see 4. MAINTENANCE).
