Standard Programmed Feature Overview*

* Some Feature Button configurations vary for different campuses.
Feature Button Layout*:

Send Calls (Sends Calls directly to voicemail without ringing)
Audix (Direct access to the voicemail system)
Directory (Look up other college district phone numbers by entering a last name;
use the next button on your phone to scroll through names)
Call Display (Used with the directory feature to automatically dial the number on
the display screen)
Call Pickup (Answer calls ringing on other phones in your group)
Soft Key Features:
Soft Key features are additional features accessed by pressing the "Menu" button below
the display screen and then pressing the button below the feature you want to use.
There are 3 sets of menus with up to 4 features each. Use the "Next" button to go from
menu to menu.
Typical Soft Key menu features are programmed as follows*:
Menu Screen 1 (press the "Next" button to move from menu to menu.)
Call Park (Use this feature to park, on hold, on another campus phone)
Drop (used to drop the last person added to a conference call)
Date Time
Call Forward (Press this button followed by another campus extension to
forward calls to another campus phone.
Menu Screen 2 (press the "Next" button to move from menu to menu.)
Priority (press before dialing another office phone. The other phone will ring
with a distinctive ring tone signifying the call is priority.
Prog (used to program an abbreviated dial button. See instructions on page 15
of the online user guide at the link at the end of this document.)
AD (abbreviated dial)
