information that are important to you. This section will guide you
through the basic functions and calling features of your phone.

Key Functions
1. Display Screen: Displays phone status icons and menu items.
2. Headset Jack: Provides connection for an optional headset.
3. Volume Button: Adjust the ringer volume during standby mode or voice volume during a call.
4. OK Button: Lets you place or answer a call, select highlighted menu items, and confirm actions.
5. AC Adapter Jack: Provides connection for the AC adapter charger.
6. Power On Indicator/LED: Flashes when phone is powering up. Also flashes to alert you of incoming calls,
messages, and scheduler alarms.
7. Navigation Key: Scrolls through menus and displays the next or previous menu option. Also acts as a shortcut
key for your internal phone book (left) and voicemail box (right).
8. End Button (Power): Lets you power the phone on or off, end calls, or return to standby mode from any screen.
9. Back Button (Clear): Lets you clear an entry or back up within a menu.
10. Microphone: May be muted for privacy during a call.

Viewing the Display Screen

This list identifies the symbols you'll see on your display screen.
shows your current signal strength. The more lines you have, the stronger your signal.

means your phone cannot find a signal.

tells you a call is in progress.

indicates you are "roaming" off the enhanced STi Mobile Coverage Area.
