Description
Device window does
Verify proper installation of the modem/router

module.

Verify SkyEdgeII is selected as signal source.

Check that the correct version of module has been
installed.
AAQ is not
Check that the SkyEdgeII modem is configured as the
communicating with
current signal source.

Check all Serial or Ethernet settings.
Check all Serial or Ethernet cables and connections.
Check that the AAQ is communicating with the
Modem.
Error popup during
acquire process
Check all RF cables and connections.

Check that the Target satellite is correct.

Check that the terminal heading, latitude, and
longitude are correct.
Check that the AAQ is communicating with the
Modem.
