CLEANING
Spray glass cleaner onto a paper towel or soft cloth then gently wipe the surface of the
mirror monitor. DO NOT spray glass cleaner directly onto the mirror monitor as this may
damage the screen.
To clean the camera gently wipe the lens with a soft, clean cloth. If a spot on the lens
cannot be wiped off with the cloth add a very small amount of mild detergent to the
cloth. DO NOT use a degreasing agent, wax or glass coating on the camera. DO NOT apply
excessive force otherwise you may alter the angle and position of the camera.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Any rear view mirror monitor and camera system is designed as a visual aid when
reversing or manoeuvring the vehicle. Please note that normal driving precautions must
be followed.
The image on the screen may be a little different from the actual conditions so always
visually check the surrounding conditions before reversing. Back up slowly. Do not depend
solely on the rear view mirror and camera system.
The displayable range varies depending on vehicle loads and road conditions. Do not
leave a tailgate open when using the system. Objects under or around the bumper cannot
be displayed.
