Timer
Disconnect wires from rear of timer.
1.
Turn timer knob to 0 minutes, check for
continuity across terminals on rear of
switch. If none is found, replace timer.

Turn knob to between 1 and 60 minutes,

check that no continuity is found. Turn
knob to 'OFF', check that no continuity
is found. If continuity is found, replace
timer. (Fig. 9)
Check for any discoloration or

deformations of electrical connections.
If any are found, replace connections.
Buzzer
Disconnect wires from buzzer. Check
1.
across terminals for approx. 2.4
kilo-ohms +/-10%. If outside of range,
replace buzzer. (Fig. 10)
Check for any discoloration or
2.
deformations of electrical connections.
If any are found, replace connections.
Thermostat
Visually check board for any burners
1.
or discoloration or corrosion. If found,
replace thermostat.
Check for 120 volts from COM terminal
2.
(Fig. 12A) to input terminal (Fig. 12B).
Check for 24 volts from COM terminal

(Fig. 12A) to output terminal (Fig. 12C).
Check for any discoloration or

deformations of electrical connections. If
any are found, replace connections
