Detailed Install – Windows 8 (NO LONGER SUPPORTED)
NOTES:
Bluetooth capabilities are built-in to most Windows 8 machines. A Bluetooth dongle is not necessary on

any computer with built in Bluetooth.
Various versions of Windows 8 may have different steps than the ones listed below.

Step 1 - Move cursor over icon tray in lower right corner,
click on Show hidden icons, then click on Bluetooth icon.
Step 3 – Windows should automatically start scanning for
new devices. Match Bluetooth ID located on back of DPA 5,
click on it:
Step 5 - Wait for processing, status is now paired.
Continue to – Running the Bluetooth Configuration Utility.
Step 2 - Select Add a Bluetooth Device
Step 4 - Enter "dgtech" when prompted for a password.
Select the Next button.
