This new software RAID solution supports:

RAID 0, 1, 5, and Non-RAID

SATA HDD and SSD devices only

Up to eight 2.5-inch hot-plug SATA HDDs or SSDs
•
Software RAID is through the Intel Lewisburg chipset
•
Software RAID solution is supported on Linux and Windows
