Delicate garments made of synthetic fibre, mixed fibre and easy
care cotton shirts and blouses.
Curtains, including net curtains, specified as machine-washable
by the manufacturer.
– Use the Woollens programme for any textiles which contain
wool.
– Dust in curtains usually makes using a programme with
Pre-wash advisable.
– For curtains which crease easily, reduce the spin speed or
deselect the spin.
Liquid detergent for delicates

Machine-washable or hand-washable wool or wool blend fabric.
If the care label does not specify a temperature wash using the
cold setting.
Liquid detergent for machine-washable woollens

Very lightly soiled fabric which can be washed in a Cottons
programme.
Use less detergent (as for a half load).
Universal detergent and detergent for coloured fabric
Articles which have been washed by hand and only need to be
rinsed and spun in the machine.
