inoperative.

er source.

Place line disconnect switch in On position (see Section 2-8).
Check and replace line fuse(s), if necessary, or reset circuit breakers (see Section 2-8).
Check for proper input power connections to rack (see Section 2-8).
For 230/460 volt models: place applicable Power circuit breaker in On position; for 460/575 volt mod-
els: check fuses in applicable fuse block (see Section 3-2).
Check for proper input power connections to welding power source (see Section 2-4).
Check applicable welding power source according to its Owner's Manual.

Each Power circuit breaker or fuse
block protects the welding power
source connected to it from
overload.
In 230/460 volt models, if a Power
circuit breaker opens, the matching
welding power source shuts down.
Manually reset the Power circuit
breaker.

Fuses
In 460/575 volt models, if fuse(s) in
fuse block opens, the matching
welding power source shuts down.
To check fuse block, place line dis-
connect switch in Off position and
open hinged fuse holder on applica-
ble fuse block to access fuses.
Check fuses, and replace if
necessary.
