The adhesive delivery pads can be placed onto the skin of any
muscle group below the neck. Remember that the current will
always try to take the shortest route through the body from one
pad to another. This means that although the current will permeate
your whole body, it will be most concentrated in muscles that lie
between the two pads. This allows for targeting of desired muscle
groups through strategic pad placement. Please feel free to get
creative with pad placements, but below are a few examples.
Pad Placement
Wrists/Forearms
Placing the delivery pads on the underside
of the wrists or forearms will predominantly
target the forearms, biceps, deltoids and
pecs as the current travels along the muscle
fibres between the pads. This may be the
ideal placement following training of the
arms and chest.
Good exercises to use prior to this pad
placement may be dumbel/barbell bench-
press, chest flys, bicep curls or press-ups
among others.
