INSTRUCTIONS FOR THERMOWELD GROUNDING CONNECTIONS
AC-1
AC-1 weld types are made with the receptacle
in an inverted position. The resulting riser is
then used to position the receptacle on top of
1/2" IPS pipe. Place end of cable to center of
tap hole then place mold onto aircraft grounding
receptacle.
AC-2
AC-2 weld types are made with the receptacle
in an inverted position. The resulting riser is
then used to position the receptacle on top of
1/2" IPS pipe. Place end of cable to center
of tap hole then place mold onto aircraft
grounding receptacle. Do not cut cable.
