Instructions
STEP 1
UNPACK THE FILTER
• Carefully unpack the filter
and components (Ex. 1).
STEP 2
INSTALL MULTI-HOSE FITTING
• Insert the multi-hose fitting with the rubber gasket into the
back of the filter (Ex. 2) and secure it from the inside with
the threaded collar (Ex. 3). Make sure that the gasket is
installed on the outside of the filter to ensure a watertight
seal (Ex. 4).
STEP 3
INSTALL FILTER RACK
• Set the filter rack in the filter to provide a sturdy base for
the filtration media (Ex. 5).

INSTALL FILTER MAT
• Set the filter mat on top of the filter rack (Ex. 6).

FILL FILTER MEDIA NET
• A biological filter media net
(Ex. 7) is included to hold
biological filter media (not
included) which will help
keep pond water clean and
healthy. Fill the filter media
net with biological filter
media.
TIP: For best results,
use Aquascape

• Next, set the biological filter media on top of the filter mat
(Ex. 9).
