CREATELUN
Creates a Logical Unit Number (LUN).
Syntax
createlun
Description
This command creates a LUN on the selected array, which provides a virtual disk to the host.
Examples
To create a LUN:
VADIAG>
createlun
Do you want to create a Snapshot LUN (y/[n])?
n
Enter the number of the LUN to create: 7
Enter the LUN size in the form <capacity>MB or <capacity>GB: 10MB
LUN 7 was successfully created.
To create a snapshot LUN:
VADIAG> createlun
Do you want to create a Snapshot LUN (y/[n])? y
Enter the number of the Snapshot LUN to create: 8
Enter the number of the Snapshot Parent LUN: 7
