"Switch bring-up timed out "

during hot code load

Symptom: SAN Director 2/128,

Switch bring-up timed out <<-- HA

timed out hashow: Local CP (Slot 6,

CP1): Active Remote CP (Slot 5,

CP0): Standby, Healthy HA

enabled, Heartbeat Up, HA State

not in sync Solution: After failover,

the EVMD needs to connect to the

clients that were connected to the

switch before the failover. EVMD is

trying to establish the connections

before failover completes.

Issue: Disabling an active zone via

cfgDisbale disrupts Fiber

Channel IO.

Symptom: cfgDisable about

3500 Fibre Channel frame loss on

point to point traffic.

Issue: "Zoning transaction aborted"

is logged as error message caused

by 3rd party application call home.

Symptom: 3rd party application

call home when application probes

zone and aborts the transaction

intentionally.

Issue: API returns error

intermittently when trying to

establish a session with the proxy

switch when Fabric Manager tries

to retrieve Port Stats and

End-to-End Monitoring.

Symptom: When Fabric Manager

uses API, it returns -21 error code

when the

FabAPI_EstablishFabricSessionEx

call is being made.
