Select the desired group icon in the group/keyword tree view pane, and perform either (a) or (b).
(a) On the menu bar, select File → Create New Group
(b) Right-click the selected group icon, and select Create New Group in the context menu.

Enter a new group name (max. 128 characters) in the Group Name text box
(* A memo may be added, if desired.)
⇒ A new group icon will be created in the group/keyword tree view pane.
