HOW TO WEAR

Knee Position

Step 1:

Ensure the centre velcro strip is facing outside.

Step 2:

Wrap the heating wrap around your knee.

Step 3:

Extending one of the elastic securing strap with the velcro pad (male),

and securing it to the centre velcro strip (female).
