3. Before You Turn On Your Phone

Remove the back cover

Hold the device securely with the

front facing down, and then push

the back cover down with your

thumb until it disengages from

the phone.

Install the SIM card

Locate the SIM card slot, and

then insert the SIM card with

its gold contacts facing down

and its cut-off corner facing out

the card slot. Slide the SIM card

completely into the slot.

Install the battery

1. Align the battery's exposed

copper contacts with the

connectors inside the battery

compartment.

. Insert the contact side of the

battery first then gently push

the battery into place.
