Synchronise music files on your PC and your device so you can listen to them while on the go.
1.
On your computer, open Windows Media® Player and
then connect your device to your computer.
2.
On the Device Setup dialog box, enter a name for
your device and click Finish.
3.
Click Stop Sync.
4.
On the left panel of Windows Media® Player, right-
click the name of your device and click Set Up Sync.
5.
Select the music playlists which you want to sync
between your computer and the storage card and
then click Add.
6.
Click Finish.
23. Copying Files to Your Device
Your device comes with a card slot where you can install a microSD card and use it to store files.
To copy files from the PC to the device's storage card
1.
Connect your device to your PC using the supplied USB cable.
2.
On your PC, click File Management > Browse the contents of your device (Windows Mobile Device
Center) or click Explore (ActiveSync 4.5). This opens Windows Explorer on your PC and displays the
contents of your device.
3.
Browse the folders on your PC, right-click the file you want to copy and then click Copy.
4.
Go to My Windows-Based Mobile Device > Storage Card and then right-click on the screen and
click Paste.
When you want to copy media files such as music and videos to your device from your PC, it is
recommended that you use Windows Media® Player.
