4-2 ARMREST OPERATION
Flip up the armrest to get off or get onto the wheelchair from
one side. (Fig. 6)
Watch out for pinch warning
4-3 FOOTREST ADJUSTMENT
•Lift up footrest as arrows indicated to fold. (Fig. 7)
•Adjust the footrest fixation screw to required hole's position
(3 heights) (Fig.7-1). Tighten the fixation
screw if the footrest looses.
Do not stand on the footrest
before sitting properly or when
getting off the power chair to
avoid any danger.
4-4 FREE WHEEL OPERATION
•In traveling, set the left / right levers to the Drive position.
(Fig. 8)
•To push the power chair by hand or in the event of a
faultor battery failure, the motors / gear boxes can be
released allowing the power chair to be pushed.
The left / right levers should be switched to the Neutral
position. (Fig. 8-1)
※DO NOT use your chair while the drive are disengaged unless you are in the
presence of an attendant. DO NOT disengage the drive motors when your chair
is on an incline. The chair could roll down on its own, causing injury.
※When adjusting N-D lever, do not sit on the power chair
4-5 BACKREST FOLDING OPERATION
•Press down the left and right levers
(Fig.9-1) to fold the backrest. (Fig.9)
Watch out for pinch warning
4-6 SEAT PAD DISASSEMBLY
•Pull off velcro of the seat pad to disassemble it. (Fig.10)
