2 - ACCESS POINT SETUP

The Access Point is a radio antenna for the connection between the Belt Pack and the TX-

Box. The antenna provided is manufactured by Microtik and distributed by their partners.

Overline Systems is not a distributor of this antenna, but applies a specific configuration on

the base antenna to optimize its use exclusively within the framework of the Digitear.

The AccessPoint can be powered up by the TxBox through the ethernet cable if its length

doesn't exceede 10 meters. Longer cables will need the AccessPoint to be powered up

using its supplied POE adapter or using a (not supplied) POE ethernet switch.

Once the Access Point is powered and connected to the TX-Box network, the Digitear is in

operation.
