5. Click Force Refresh.

Cisco TMS refreshes its details of the device and the Max Number of Video Calls will increase to show

the increased port count.

Note: Refreshing an MCU that has been configured as a slave will not cause Cisco TMS to decrease its

record of that device's port count. You must remove the slave from Cisco TMS and refresh the master.
