A, B, A+B Speaker Selector Switch
Caution:
This speaker selector switch is limited to a maximum of 50 watts
RMS/100 watts maximum per channel.
CHOOSING A MOUNTING LOCATION
Choose a location for the wall plate where:
Either wiring exists, or you can easily run wire through the partition(s)
/wall(s) to the location.
The location does not interfere with electrical wiring or framing members
behind the wall.
INSTALLATION
You can mount your A, B, A+B Speaker Selector Switch with the standard
electrical box, or mount it with the supplied mounting bracket.
Mounting with the standard
electrical box
1. Insert the supplied two screws in the
screw holes on the wall plate and
screw holes on the electrical box's
mounting bracket.
2. Tighten the screws to mount the wall
plate to the electrical box.
3. Insert the amplifier's left speaker output + and – terminals into the AMP L-
(left negative) and L+ (left positive) terminals, then tighten the screws.
Note: When connecting wires to the + and – terminals, be sure not to let
any strayed wire of the positive and negative wires touch each other to
avoid any possible damage to the audio/video equipment.
4. Insert the amplifier's right speaker output + and – terminals into the AMP R-
(right negative) and R+ (right positive) terminals, then tighten the screws.
5. Insert the first speaker system's left and right negative (-) and positive (+)
terminals to the corresponding SPK A R and L+, - terminals on the speaker
selector switch, then tighten the screws.
6. Insert the second speaker system's left and right negative (-) and positive (+)
terminals to the corresponding SPK B R and L+, - terminals on the speaker
selector switch, then tighten the screws.
