Care and Maintenance

Using the Workout Bench

1. The safety level of the equipment can only be maintained if it is examined regularly for damage and

wear e.g.ropes, pulleys and connection points.

2. Lubricate moving parts with light oil periodically to prevent premature wear. To prevent damage to the

computer, keep liquids away and keep it out of direct sunlight.

3. Inspect and tighten all parts before using the equipment, replace defective components immediately

and/or keep the equipment out of use until repair. Pay special attention to components most susceptible

to wear.

4. The equipmen can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild non-abrasivedetergent.

Trouble shooting

Computer not working correctly. If your computer is not working correctly, please check whether the

lower sensor wire is connected to the upper sensor wire, and make sure the upper sensor wire is plugged

into the computer. When you have checked the above, and the computer still not working, then please

make sure the batteries are installed correctly in the computer and that the batteries are still working.

No resistance. If there is no tension resistance on the bike, please make sure the upper tension cable

is connected to the lower tension cable.
