Establish your Mobile Broadband

Connection

When the modem powers up with an activated SIM card

installed, it will automatically search for and connect to your

mobile broadband provider. It may take several minutes to

establish a connection. The Cellular LED will turn either green

or amber to indicate a connection.

If your cell status LED and the signal strength indicator LEDs

are on, open your web browser and try browsing the web. If

browsing works, Congratulations! Your ML1500 is working.

If you want to connect to the Internet through the ML1500

using WiFi, you need a WiFi router that plugs into the

ML1500's Ethernet port. For instructions about how to do

this, please see the next section: If you want to connect the

ML1500 to a WiFi Router.
