SECTION 2 - ASSEMBLY
1.
Snap open the cover of the battery
compartment on the bottom of the dispenser.
Insert 4 AAA alkaline batteries. Close the battery
compartment.
2.
Attach the base stand so that the unit sits
slight elevated on the counter top. The base
stand will keep water from entering the battery
compartment. Position the dispenser on a flat,
level surface where it will be used.
