CAUSE
Filter is missing off of Fan Housing
Loose connection
Defective Heater
Unit is not level
Log arrangement is blocking air flow
Light Lenses are not correctly oriented
Light Lenses are not present
SOLUTION
Replace Fan Filter
Check heater wiring connections
Replace Heating assembly
Level unit
Rearrange logs
Adjust Lenses
Replace light lenses
