iControlAV2012 is an iPod touch/iPhone/iPad/

Android application developed by Pioneer, freely

downloadable from the App Store or Google

Play. On a simple and intuitive interface, the

application allows you to use your device as a

remote for controlling the AV receiver's

functions such as volume, input, mode, balance, level control

for woofer and centre speakers, PQLS, Phase Control, virtual

speakers, and Auto Sound Retriever, as well as basic functions

of Pioneer's latest Blu-ray Disc players. Album information and

AV receiver's input/output status can also be displayed. Enjoy

smooth control on your device's screen, with support for 8

languages (same setting as your device). This latest version

provides enhanced features, and you can draw EQ curves with

your finger. On iPad, all the basic controls are shown on one

screen, and you can load and view MCACC measurement data

from the AV receiver. iControlAV2012 is compatible with both

vertical and horizontal display on iPad.

* AV receiver needs to be connected to a wired LAN in a wireless LAN

network.

Sound Explorer

Sound Explorer is the latest addition to the iControlAV2012

menu, letting you easily adjust various sound parameters with

intuitive and pleasing operation. It comes in three operation

modes. With Fixed Position mode, all icons are neatly

positioned in rows. The playful Drop Icon mode displays

continuously falling icons. All List mode shows the description

and status for each setting, with a link to YouTube video clip

explaining the feature.
