FireplaceXtrordinair 4237 Manual
This fireplace is larger than most fireplaces and requires special attention when moving into position. The directions
below are intended as a guideline for this process.
Do not lift the fireplace from below with lifting forks. This may cause the base to bend and warp.
Always use proper lifting techniques when moving heavy objects (bend your knees, not your back).
We recommend using the Travis Industries lifting handles (sku# 98500711) for moving the fireplace.
See the instructions included with the brackets for installation instructions.
1. Remove the screen box in front of the firebox opening and place it aside.
2. Locate and remove the glass frame tool from the fireplace.
GLASS FRAME TOOL
The glass frame tool is shipped inside the fireplace, on the right side of the fireplace opening. The first time it is used you
may need to loosen the screw (1/4" nut driver). The tool is accessed after removing the screen.
NOTE: Replace the tool in this location after use.
