FreeFlow Account

Management Tool (AMT)

The AMT application provides a means of

retrieving job accounting data from multiple

printers that use FreeFlow Accxes version 7.0, or

greater, firmware. This application replaces the

Accounting Tab functionality of the FreeFlow

Accxes Client Tools (ACT).

NOTE: It is recommended that the AMT software

be loaded on only one workstation that is

password protected.

If you will be in charge of the AMT, then go

through this training module. If you won't be, then

skip this module and go to the next module.

Objectives

When you have finished this module, you should

be able to:

Install the AMT software.

Assign Account IDs, User IDs, and Printer IDs.

Authorize which users and account numbers

can be used on specific printers.

Retrieve media and scan usage data from the

assigned printers.

Tally retrieved data.

Export data to an external software.

Manually back up the data files

You must have the following items before

beginning this module:

A PC.

The AMT software disc, or the executable file

that has been downloaded from the

www.xerox.com

WIDE FORMAT PRINT SYSTEM

8825/8830/8850/510DP, 721P, or the

6030/6050 WIDE FORMAT printer with the

website.
