Placing a Call
1. Press the TALK button and dial the number you wish to call.
2. To end the call, press the TALK button or place the handset in the base.
Answering a Call
If the handset is out of the base, press the TALK button. If the handset is in the
base, simply life the handset to answer the call.
Activating Digital Clarity Power™
To increase the volume and clarity of your call, press the BOOST button on
the side of the telephone handset. Then use the volume dial to customize the
volume to your desired level.
Tone Control
Adjusting the TONE switch allows you to customize your hearing experience.
Since we all have different hearing needs, we suggest exploring each setting
to find the one most comfortable for you.
Memory Dial Buttons
The C4205 has three (3) one-touch and ten (10) two-touch memory dial
storage locations. To store a number:
1. Press the MEM button.
2. Enter the telephone number you wish to store.
3. Press the MEM button.
4. Press either a number on the dial pad or one of the three help buttons.
5. A long beep will indicate the number has been saved.
Channel Operation
The C4205 automatically selects the clearest of 40 channels each time it is
used. Because the 2.4GHz frequency is used for other types of devices, such
as microwaves and wireless routers, interference is possible. If interference
develops on the line, press the CHANNEL button to find a clearer signal.
Handset Ringer
Set the switch marked Ringer OFF/VIBE/ON on the side of the handset. When
set to VIBE, the handset will ring and vibrate to indicate incoming calls.
