Loading audio ﬁles

Windows:

1. Connect the recorder to a computer.

2. Open [My Computer] from the [start] menu.

3. Double-click [Removable Disk].

4. Double-click the "VOICE" folder.

5. Double-click the folder (A-D) that contains the ﬁle that you wish to load to your computer.

6. Copy the ﬁle to the desired location.

Macintosh:

1. Connect the recorder to a computer.

2. Double-click the drive icon ("NO NAME") of the recorder on the desktop.

3. Double-click "VOICE" folder.

4. Double-click the folder (A-D) that contains the ﬁle that you wish to load to your computer.

5. Copy the ﬁle to the desired location.

Hint:

· For detailed information about the folders, see page 13.

Windows:

1. Click

on the taskbar at the bottom right

of the Windows screen, then click [Safely

remove USB Mass Storage Device].

2. After the computer displays the right mes-

sage, remove the USB cable.

Macintosh:

1. Drag and drop the drive icon ("NO NAME") of the recorder on the desktop to the Trash.

2. After the drive icon ("NO NAME") disappears from the desktop, remove the USB cable.
