When the appliance is first installed
Once the appliance is installed the protective materials applied in the factory must
be removed.
The plastic film covering some external parts can be removed by wiping with a cloth
dipped in methylated spirit.
Other protective materials will bum off if the controls of the lower oven are turned
to MAX and then allowed to mn empty for 45 minutes. This will also remove any
unpleasant odours.
