INFORMATION
No external moving parts
There is no need to open the cover for operation.
Just one fastening screw on front
The cover secures simply with just a single screw at
the bottom.
Factory setting
The product is programmed with a default lighting/lux
level for turning on and off.
Different wiring options
The product can be wired up either at the bottom or on
the back (concealed installation).
Night switch-off (4 hours)
"Mid-Night Switch-Off", which turns the light off at
the mid-point of the night based on the length of
the previous night (from turn-on to last switch-off).
Over the course of the year, power consumption by
outdoor lighting will be cut by around 50%. See wiring
diagram for operation of night switch-off.
Load:
RC circuit
An RC circuit is included on the PCB to increase
the product's life and reliability when it is used
CE mark
to control contactors, relays, fluorescent lights,
(EMC)
inductive loads or small LED loads.
TESTING AND PROGRAMMING
Test function, independent of lighting level
To test the product following installation, press
the cover briefly. The outdoor light comes on for
3 minutes and the (red) LED inside the product comes
on at the same time. If the photocell is tested when it
is dark, the outdoor light will go off for 3 minutes and
the LED will come on.
Programming desired lighting level
Pressing the cover ("fingerprint") for at least
3 seconds at the desired level saves the level.
The red LED inside the product will flash once
to confirm the setting.
