Adjust the volume:

Headset operation

Switch on temporary headset operation:

 After switching on the intercom, the microphone-loudspeaker unit is always active,

regardless of whether the headset is plugged in or not.

 Switching to headset mode is done by plugging in or plugging out and back in again.

Switch on permanent headset operation:

 Turn on the intercom system

 Press and hold the

button to plug in the headset.

 Release the

button and permanent headset mode is activated.

Switch off permanent headset operation:

 Switch off the intercom and unplug the headset.

Operational Setup/Service

Depending on the local acoustic conditions, it may be necessary to change the volume

setting range to avoid poor sound quality and feedback.

The following settings set the maximum volume for the Service and Public area:

 Press the

button, the LED above the button lights up.

 Disconnect the patch cable at console socket 1, wait until all LEDs turn off.

 Press and hold the

button to reconnect the patch cable to socket 1 on the console.

 Keep the

button pressed (approx. 5 sec.) until the LED above the button flashes.

 Press the

button, the LED above the button lights up.

 Use the

and

buttons to set the maximum volume for an optimal sound quality at the

Service area.

 Press the

button, the LED above the button turns off.

 Press the

button, the LED above the button lights up.

 Use the

and

buttons to set the maximum volume for optimal sound quality at the

Public area.

 Press the

and

buttons to the same time until LEDs above the buttons flash briefly once

button to exit the settings, all LEDs will turn off.

Trouble shooting:

In case of interference, intercom components should be relocated to increase the distance from

sources of strong electromagnetic radiation.
