• Remove:

- dial indicator

- locking tools (re. 11-12-16-17).

• Install the bearing's caps in their place.

• Lubricate and tighten the bolts of the caps of the camshaft bearings.

• Rotate the crankshaft clockwise twice, reaching the TDC position at 1° cylinder; the timing notches must be

aligned (re. 6 and 7).Then assemble the tensioner (re. 13).

• Loosen the belt tensioner bolt (re. 8).

• Rotate anti-clockwise the belt tensioner, till the indicator (re. 14) and the hole are

aligned (re. 15).

• Tighten the belt tensioner bolt (re. 8): 147: 21-26 Nm.

• Rotate the crankshaft clockwise twice, reaching the TDC position at 1° cylinder; the timing notches must be

aligned (re. 6 and 7).

• Assemble the other components following backwards the dismounting instructions.

• Tighten the bolts of the crankshaft pulley with a driving torque of 24-29 Nm
